Terrible manners

None of the staff members know what they are doing or talking about, they are *********** and clueless and rude. All I wanted was a yes or no answer and I was given the run around, had to speak to three different people one of which dropped the call on me and he happens to be a team manager. <br> I initially spoke to a consultant who was patient and helpful, she then called the manager Lucas (as I as asked) who didn't't even understand the nature of my query but kept on speaking over me and being condescending and rude. I wasn't getting anywhere with him and asked to speak to someone above him but he ended up dropping the call on me without warning, so I had to call back again and spoke to a clueless rude consultant and never got to the bottom of my query.<br> A consultant called me today (30/03/15) and the last conversation was not even recorded properly....SERIOUSLY!!!!!!<br>
