Terrible customer service

The consultants who call call us for payment have cold hearts and no customer relation. I got a call from a male consultant who was extremely rude with me. I made arrangements to pay but could not make payment. I told him I want to settle the account and I always answer their calls as I am not hiding. His answer to mess so how does that help us. That was rude . So I told him come to my house and take my food to pay the debt. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he refused. Its people like this that makes your company a deplorable company to deal with.
