Terrible company who does not honor their promises made to clients.

Terrible terrible company. Makes false promises and bully techniques to get the customers to settle accounts and then you get absolutely no further joy from them and the don't keep al the nice promises made. Promised me that after paying a settlement amount that i couls get a laid up letter or letter stating that there is a zero balance.
