Terrible company to deal with.

If I had an option to give them a minus star I would, horrible company to deal with , I paid off an account on the 1st April 2025 they are refusing to give me a paid up letter and that has effected me negatively as I cannot remove my name from negative listing , each time I call them they create stupid stories how difficult can it be to give me my paid up letter if I have paid my debt in full!!!!
