Terrible!

Terrible Service! I called almost 2 weeks ago to inform MBD that I have been listed for debt with a company that's collects their agreed payment from me monthly. Your staff member advised I would receive an email in 3 days and that I'll be able to respond to the email with the proof of payments. However I never received an email. Your staff sounds like they don't want to help customers!!! Very terrible
