Telephonic Harrasment By MBD

Since 16 November 2021 I am receiving numerous calls per day, six days per week, to my cell phone, of which I have the number for at least 10 - 12 years. They are looking for a certain Mr Kunene (first name withheld). My message box are also inundated with SMS's for Mr Kunene, telling him how much he must pay, or to contact a certain number. I phoned them, and spoke to some agents who actually spoke to me when I answered, because most times when I answer they just hang up, and I have explained to them who I am, not Mr Kunene, that I do not know him and have held my number for more than a decade. I myself have never heard of MBD before and was never in any business with them. I have had several promises that my number will be removed from the data base, but they just keep on phoning. Can I report them to the FSCA, or in some way get hold of management, because it seems the people doing the phoning have no capacity to understand what I am saying to them, neither to execute on the promises they make.
