Suspicious behavior

I have been paying mbd for years. Recently they keep taking money from my account then call me to tell me that I reversed it when I didn't. Their call center agents badger me and every time I ask for a detailed statement stating every payment I have made to them they send me how much I owe. I will not pay another cent till I get that statement and a contract of agreement that have been signed between me and them.
