I once had a loan with Direct Axis and It was cancelled in 2009 but Direct Axis tried to collect the money from me. I ended up reporting them to the Credit Ombudsmen and the NCA and the issue was resolved. I also had other few credits which i settled in the past 2 months. now MBD is sending emails and SMS telling me to pay-up the Direct Axis loan or else they will blacklist me. They leave a number and when I call it, nobody responds or even the email or fax. I was hoping you can help me find out what they are up to.

MBD Legal Collections (Pty) Ltd (MBDLC) bought your DIRECT AXIS account. This just means that MBDLC has replaced DIRECT AXIS as the creditor and now has the right to collect the capital, interest, fees as well as any collection or legal fees from you.

We have BAD news... and we have GOOD news...

Your bought DIRECT AXIS account is currently in arrears. The full amount due and payable is R 4355.95 as at 03 September 2015.

The bad news!

We have requested payment, and to date no payment has been received. In light of this, we are obliged to collect on this account through the legal process.

We want to make this easy for you
