Supervise your call agents!!!!

I dont have anything nice to say about this business as my experience with its custom services. My account was handed over to this company,mind you I didnt even know, had to call this company about 7 times or more. One of the agents didnt give me solutions or suggestions as to resolving my matter, she just said ohk mam thank you and hung up. Two other agents tell me two different things which lead to me paying more. The last lady I spoke to said that the new agent didnt tell me about the "interest charges" so its not their fault but its mine because I will be the same.reason why name has a credit scar. Im displeased . Now I paid everything I have to beg for a clearance letter, one agent says it will take 48hrs to get it, one says 30days, one says I must go to MTN to find out, MTN says ivr been misinformed. SO IS THAT MY FAULT AS WELL??????
