21 days I have spent begging for an updated statement.... 21 DAYS!!! Why do you refuse to do your job??? I am going to refuse to pay until I get this, I think that is fair! This is not the first time, or the second time or even the third time. NON STOP BAD SERVICE!!! MBD, you have a bad name already, why make it worse??? Why do I have to follow up and follow up and follow up every time, its frustrating. I am sick and tired of the lack of service from you.
