I'm extremely disappointed with MBD Credit Solutions' handling of my case. Despite making a payment which was discounted by them in July 2025, my issue remains *UNRESOLVED since August 26, 2025*. The portfolio managers & customer service consultants involved are Lindiwe Ndlovu, Phindile Mncwangi, and Nompumelelo Malombo have ignored my emails, and their lack of communication has been utterly unprofessional. With multiple email trails and promises to resolve the issue, the service has been SUBPAR . Unacceptable for a company that’s affiliated with MAJOR banks in SA.
