Struggling to get my statements and going through to their contacts

I struggled especially in the last month of paying the remaining balance but then They helped me in the end but I still don't have proof of cancelation that my account is now closed..I still wish they could send me my closing statement but then I was grateful to hear that I finished paying in the end
