Struggling to get a settlement quote sent to me.
I have been requesting a settlement quote for my FNB personal loan and have been waiting for days, I have tried whatsapp, email, I have called 4 days in a row, I keep getting promises that it will be sent but nothing is happening, I was given the customer care number that just rings without getting answered.
