STOP TRYING TO COLLECT PRESCRIBED DEBT FROM ME!!!!!

I am sick and tired of getting calls from these rude and obnoxious *****s trying to claim a debt from the that is prescribed, it has even been removed off my ITC profiles with Experian and Transunion. When I tell them they must stop contacting me the latest thing is that it isn't prescribed because I made a payment in December 2019, which is completely false, there has been no payments made or anything for nearly 5 years. I had the Ombudsman involved in getting this account removed from my ITC profiles, if they do not stop contacting me I will be laying charges of harassment against them and if they list me on ITC again I will be laying defamation of character charges against them too!!!
