Stop phoning me. I am not MRS SADAPAL

You have been phoning me since last year regarding the above mentioned account of Mrs. S Sadapal who resides in Kwazulu-Natal. I have informed you on more than 20 occasions that the cellular number you have for her belongs to me. I have had this number for more than 4 years and I have been residing in Western Cape since birth.

You phone me and send me sms’s with the notice in terms of section 129 of the national credit act 34 of 2005. I have phoned you as well and asked you to note on her account that the contact number is incorrect.

You continue to contact me in this regard. PLEASE REMOVE MY CELL NUMBER FROM HER ACCOUNT. If you phone or sms me one more time, I will be taking the matter further seeing as I have all the recorded calls and the e-mail I sent this morning, query logged on your website and now this complaint on this forum. I am telling you I AM NOT MRS SADAPAL! When i ask the agent to look at notes on system of previous agent who phoned me where I asked them to make note that number does not belong to Mrs. Sadapal, your agents puts the phone down. I use this number for personal and business so need to answer every incoming call. I have tried blocking your number but you phone from a different number every single time. I have had enough. Even this now, is taking of MY time to write this review. I also sent an e-mail this morning and logged the same on your website.

If you try to make contact on my number ONE more time, I will be lodging a complaint with the National Credit Regulator.
