Stop harrasing me!!!

Why will you not accept that I am not Miss Lucricia Davids who happens to have a Direct Axis acc ***. I receive daily calls of which when I do answer no one speaks. They just breathe a few seconds and hang up. Then I get an SMS with the above message looking for Lucricia. I've called Direct Axis and Mbd, no one wants to help as long as they look like they are working and trying to reach a person they can't even get ahold of. I'm so sick of Mbd. I just had to come here and complain because they are unprofessional.
