Stop harassing me at work for no records found!

Yesterday I have spoken to Terresa from your team who is not professional at all and is not an active listener yet quick to shout!

I called in advising that MBD has been calling my workplace all morning yesterday and today, asking me to call them back, when I do call back, my ID and cellphone number are taken and I’m told no records found.

I work in a call centre and do not appreciate a company that is calling my work asking for me for no reason. I understand mistakes happen, however can I have my work number removed.
