Stop call the wrong person

I keep receiving calls from them and my number doesn't even belong to a MR LUKHELE I have tried numerous times to call the call center and I keep getting dropped on the call when I start explaining my problem. On the website there is an option to remove a number from the account but if I dont even know the person how am I supposed to know the ID number

I just want the call to stop. I have blocked but new number keeps popping up
