STILL WAITING FOR YOUR RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL

I have been sending emails to MBD Attorneys requesting an outstanding balance and settlement amount on my Standard bank credit card account that has been sold to them for collection. I've received no response. I also needed to inform them that I'm unable employed, so they need to change the debit order date on this account - to response to this request either. I can't afford to phone their offices, so can expect a response to an email request. Waiting for a response is exhausting and stressful.
