STILL WAITING FOR THE PAID UP LETTER

I received a call from Sharlene Abels from MBDC on the 02 December 2020 offered me a discount for the outstanding amount on my Edgars account , the discount amount was debited from my bank account on the 17th December 2020. Sharlene told me I will receive a paid up letter seven days after the money is deducted till today I am still waiting for the paid up letter
