STILL WAITING FOR CONTRACT

i have spoken to staff at mbd attorney months ago and i had informed them that i wanted a copy of my contract with russels stores that showed that interest rate was fixed as i had been told and to date i am still waiting.I was even informed that a manager contact details would be included.So how many more weeks or months must a person wait for copy of contract showing interest rate is on a fixed term till end of contract
