Still the worst!

Even giving them one star is over rating them, I'm still being harassed and from the statement that i received after many moons of requesting and then finally reviewing them here on hello peter, i found out that all these millions of calls, text messages and emails are being charged to my account which means that you are trying to pay of your debts but they are keeping you in debt my making unnecessary calls. I have now reported them to the Ombudsmen cause really it seems to calculated. some of us are working our fingers to the bone to clear these debts and they are doing everything to make sure we don't clear them. i haven't received this months statement and guess what, i will be charged if i call in and ask for one. so i don't know what my latest outstanding amount is. when the agents call they don't give a damn about what you're saying, so much so that they talk over you. The worst experience i have ever had.
