Still requesting Payment after Proof of Payment was sent.

After payment was made to MBD, Proof Of Payment was sent to various different departments inside MBS to ensure my "account" with them gets settled and closed, they STILL send me emails stating that payment was not made. Gontswe Tongwane , Euginia Zondo are 2 of the ladies I've dealt with and sent proof of payment to, yet they just simply refuse to respond to my e-mails when asking why I'm still receiving e-mails from the, STILL requesting payment.

STILL No Response MBD !!!!!

I've requested Proof Of Paid Up Letter in order for me to send to My Credit Score for this to stop affecting my credit score negatively.
