still no response
I have logged a complaint on the 21 october 2015. I received a call last week about 5 days after I logged the complaint by a call centre agent an I wanted a manager to call me. The agent just spoke half way an put the phone down an said she will call back but she never ever called back. This matter has still not being resolved an its frustrating. Its seems as if I need to take this a step further than hello peter because clearly MBD don't care !!!!!
