Still listed on ITC

My standard bank account was hanged over to MBD Attorneys, I later this year made an arrangement to pay the account monthly but it was not doing me any better as it was not going down and getting irritating calls daily, (even more then once), however on the 22nd of Sep 2017 I made a settlement amount of R8542.72(got a settlement letter via email), after waited 4 working days just for the money to clear from they side, I ********** if the money was received, NO RESPONSE! ok I made several phones calls ( ********** 11) couldn't get the relent person to confirm my payment, well I left messages to be called on the 4th (THE WHOLE DAY) OHH Well I just assumed they received the funds and I've send proof of funds and need to be clear ASAP. Thanks
