Still haven't removed name from the Credit Bureau

My son settled his Cell C accounts in full in August 2015 in order for them to remove his name from the Credit Bureaus. Now when I phone Cell C, they say they did not get notification from MBD Attorneys nor from Capital Data (who is also avoiding responsibilty)<br> He app**** for a job but because of these 2 debits, he didn't get the job. <br> How unfair is that. Absolute disgusting service from MBD Attorneys as I have proof the Capital Data advised them to do so. They don't even answer their phones - not even the call centre.<br> They are prepared to take your money but not assist in clearing his record.<br> I am going to hold them personally responsible for lack of income.
