Still Harassed Even though I am under Debt Review

I have been under debt review since November 2013. I have been paying my debt review monthly. However I am still receiving phone calls from MBD Attorneys, whereby I am advised that they do not have the debt review information on their system. In 2014 I was advised on several occasions that I should resend the forms to them. I faxed it, and I emailed it on several occasions to various email addresses each time (as advised by the consultants). Eventually in November 2014, after I had complained to MBD Attorneys, Mariana Carr advised me to email the documentation to her directly. I did that. I trusted that the issue was resolved. Imagine my surprise when I was contacted by Thandi this morning, once again stating that they do not have my debt review information on their system!!! I have reached the point where I am fed up with you people, and the fact that you cannot update your system! I am a credit controller and work with accounts on a daily basis, and never in my life have I experienced something like this, where the accounts department doesn't do their job properly. How many times more do I have to send through the debt review forms???? No words can describe how pathetic this is.
