Still being harrassed after paid up account on 6/12/2017 no paid up letter received.

Today, 12/12/2017 I still receive phone calls and sms's from there company threatening me with legal action. Account was paid up in full on 6/12/2017 proof of payment was emailed to the following 2 email addresses: ********** and ********** as requested to do so on 7/12/2017 by one of their call centre consultants. In this email I requested them to send me a paid up letter which till now did not receive. Had many arguments due to them loading R120 worth of phone calls, sms's and other expenses on my account every month which meant with my R150 debit order was useless. Was harrassed with phone calls after telephonic agreement and debit order was instated. Calls I was charged for!
