Stay away from MBD Attorneys

How is it possible that should you SETTLE an account in December 2018, email them with their attached final balance and attached proof of paymentafter, they still have FAILED continuously, to email me a paid letter. Is it because a) They don't know how to run a business. b) Their systems are outdated. c) Staff don't know what they are doing. d) Staff know what they are doing, but think you are stupid and want to further rob you of your money.

They still continuously send me sms's after I have informed them it must stop. Do I now just ignore them and remain irritated with the bombarding of daily sms's stating I still owe them money or do I contact my attorney which will incur costs. It is pointless phoning them, as it just falls on deaf ears.
