Stauts showing money owed to MDB Attorneys even when money was paid last April 2020

I have writen to hello Peter before regarding this matter and had a response from MBD Attorneys. Unfortunately the matter has not been cleared and my wife's status still shows owed money, what else can we do reagrding this matter? We are thinking of consulting with our attorneys now since this looks like MDB Attorneys are not interested in sorting the matter out and we have given them enough time to sort this matter out. My wife's details are Mrs Sbongile P Tsekiso, ID no. ***. Kindly advice before we open a case of deformation of character and fruad.
