Statement or paid up letter not available
Horrible experience from MBD... Having paid off my the amount I owed to them. I have been struggling to get either a paid up letter or a statement. Something that confirms that I have made and settled the amount owed would put my mind at ease, I don't think that is an unreasonable request.
