Statement from Standard Bank

I have tried on numerous occasions to try and get the statement from the the time my account was handed over to you. Till today, I have not received the statement. I do receive a settlement letter not the statement from the time this account was handed over to you.

Despite on the fact that I promised to pay the account on the last day of each an every month, I still get calls three to four times a day asking me when will my next payment be. These calls get charged to my account.

Now tell me, MDB Attorneys, if I failed to pay as little as R14000 by the time I was handed over to you, this is because of the situation I didnt plan, and you keep on charging me for every call even if I have taken a oath to pay you on the last day of each an every month.How am I suppose to finish this installment? Why MBD doesnt want to email me the statement from the time this account was handed over?

Please can I ask you to email me the statement from the time Standard bank handed over this account not settlement letter.
