Statement and settlement amount please.

I had my credit card debt handed to Mbd attorneys by standard bank when I was struggling to pay it off years back . I have been paying regularly from handouts for some years and I finally requested for a settlement offer and a statement off the outstanding balance so I can give a well wishes who wants to help. Iam getting no joy because no one is responding to my requests for months now. I had to sell my phone months ago to pay up an installment and informed them that I will only be available on email for all correspondence. One of the employees Evodia Singh gets all these requests and promised to send me the statement but only gave me the settlement amount with no invoice or statement. Please help me for ì want to get over this as I felt being harassed over payments in the past years showing no end.
