Statement and registered business

I am paying of an account with this attorney / debt collectors. I requested a statement in 2017 and only received it months after and they billed me twice for it. 05/09/2018 I requested an updated statement and was inform I will receive it 07/09/2018, still did not receive anything. I increased my payment twice in the last 2 months and now they phone me 3 times a week to increase again!!! The agent informed me I will not be billed for calls they make to request an increase. I need an updated statement that I can see this and my balance due. I also need to know if this company is registered as attorneys or debt collectors? The agents are very rude and as soon as you want to speak to them and ask questions that they don't know, they say the call will be cut now....what non-since is that?? The is no service and they make you feel if you ******ed someone and is on trial..
