Statement
<p>I have been emailing the contact page from the website and emailing from my email account requesting a statement for over a year and no one ever responds to any correspondence. I have tried using the so called online tool to manage account but it does not allow me to registrar.</p>

I was told I would be contacted I aske a number of things via email to date no one have called me and th issue is still not resolved!
