Standard Bank credit card paid up letter

I really did not want to come on this platform but I’m desperate for assistance please!! For the past 2 years I’ve been trying to get a paid up letter for my Standard Bank credit card. May 2025 I got in contact with an agent and they said they will send me a letter it will take 48 hours. I am still waiting. I’ve been phoning their numbers ***. The calls get cut once I’m transferred to someone else who they say will assist me. LETTIE KGALADI KGAPHOLA was going to send my paid up letter. I am still waiting! Please assist so I can move forward with my life and get a clearance certificate. Please.
