Standard Bank Card - MBD Attorneys are a NIGHTMARE

I have paid the settlement on a debt that was agreed and the useless customer service consultant from Munnik Basson Dagama Attorneys has gone Radio Silent. It was a large amount of money that I dutifully paid and after paying this consultant with this company has not responded to my representative (credit salvage) for 2 weeks now. I strongly advise anyone dealing with MBD attorneys to NOT PAY but to contact the Creditor directly and deal with them as MBD is useless.
