I reached out to the company on Monday, and still wrote my review on Hello Peter yet my problem has NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I checked my credit score only to find the account is still there. Please do not give me a generic response - can you please sort out my accounts and SEND MY PAID UP LETTER FOR A SETTLED 2021 ACCOUNT, please!
