Spam calling with old info

Calls at 7am in the morning, every day, even on weekends and public holidays. Seems like the agents don’t take notes or update/ populate their system with info from the last call and the next agent will call you about the same stupid thing. Rude agents, don’t greet at all, but immediately ask you ‘Mr/s *** kindly verify you date of birth… for who? For what? Who are you? Anyway…. It’s been 3 months being called about the same thing that insurance paid out on an account but they have not updated their info on their systems nor do they liaise with heir clients on updates. It is annoying and one just has to bite their tongue and not lay out on the call center agents
