So quick to add ******* fees,disgusting service and no paid up letter

Terrible disgusting service, went on their online page, the amount outstanding is completely different than the one agents call you for, when you raise such issue they are rude as hell ,eventually paid up extra based on what they are calling me for I even paid 100 extra so I can close off the account on Saturday, Monday they called me to say I am owing 59 rands,when I told the consultant to follow up she said it's fine she will give me a paid up letter,till today I never received it, when calling the center number you hold on and eventually they disconnect you without being assisted, I want my paid up letter and for them to update their records.
