So I put myself on debt review to help myself right

So I put myself on debt review to help myself right. Mbd bought my cell c account over and i have paid them finish...now I am done with debt review and have been calling back and fourth to mbd for my paid up letter....mind u the account has been paid up years ago I have waited for a month they keep dropping the call and it's been a month since we requested the letter now we ask to speak to a superior every1 is working from home how do u run a business where u cannot speak to a superior or escalate a call I am disgusted that the call gets dropped in my ear constantly with no answers and no paid up letter
