So disguasted by MBD

I'm so disgusted by MBD and Foschini's unprofessionalism. I owed foschini about 2200, when I started paying the account they had already handed it over to MBD attorneys, I paid a 1000 and paid 800 last week, My problem is that Foshini people do not contact me but contact my colleagues and other contacts I have on my phone this is really annoying as I do not have privacy I feel disrespected by MBD and Foshini! MBD called me 2 weeks ago to offer me a discount and I told them that I do not want to close my acc hence I paid my installment, and will keep paying foschini. My colleague then called to tell me that the lawyers contacted her regarding my account after I had paid the amount of 1000. last week I paid 800, however this passed sunday one of my church ladies called me to the side and told me that MBD called her regarding my acc with Foschini I felt so embarraced and angry! I dont have privacy when I confronted them they said I gave them those contact details when I opened the acc with them then I asked them to remove the peoples contact and put my husband's, but people are still getting calls and sms's from Foschini and MBD did they hack my phone???? I do not owe Foschini 15,000 I owe them peanuts especially now that im paying my acc which I owed 2200 I have paid 1800 already but I feel so stalked and harrassed by them, please help me.
