So called Attorneys

So called Attorneys, this company is keeping updated profiles from Credit Score for months due to a refund query to myself, i have been following up for the past two months and more, i am being told there is no reference number and there is no time provided for feedback and the refund is not guaranteed. Every time when i call to update and query i am being told the only thing being picked up is Standardbank, when i ask about my Woolworths then only i am being " I am seeing it now", there is no priority nor customer services. Only threats, sms and calls which accumulate unnecessary costs. The consultants that are taking the calls are arrogant and impatient. There isn't an attorney involved here because if there were the service would have been much different. The consultants also reckon no attorney or no one else can speed up the process, it's a wait and see game
