SMS's from MBD Attorneys
I keep receiving SMS's from MBD for a JET account that does not belong to me, which they have acknowledged. I have on numerous occasions contacted MBD Attorneys to remove my telephone records from this account, with no success. This morning's response was just to ignore the SMS's and delete them. They have no regard to the POPI act and are unwilling to assist me.
