Slow to Help!!!
October Last year I settled my Foschini account and asked for a Paid up letter from one of the Hounds that constantly called me to make a payment-which I did. No one has sent me the Paid up letter which I now urgently need to resolve my financial affairs! is there anyone at this company that Maybe can do their Job? I honestly just want my letter that I have been requesting for over a YEAR now! I sent the Proof of payment to *** last year and she promised over the phone that she will send Paid up letter immediately- just to ignore my emails afterwards! I have no more words, just send me my stuff.
