Sick and tired waiting for a Paid up letter

This is by for the most disorganised and irritating company I have come across, My truworths account was handed over to you *********** people, anyway I paid the darn bill up more than 4 weeks ago, after many irritating phone calls to you darn call centre I'm sick and tired asking for a ****** PAID UP letter!!!!!! Does a 1 minute email take the entire ****ing month?????? I expect that paid up letter to me sent to me asap because when your want yourls money yourl will call day and ****** night for it!!!!!
