Shocking Servie

I am constantly receiving calls for a 'Debbie' who apparently owes money and constantly advise your staff that I do not know of a Debbie and not to call again. This morning at 7.39am I received a call from an woman demanding that I am Debbie. I asked why she was phoning me BEFORE their regulated hours and she told me she had the right to phone when she liked! I was told I was rude and cheeky! Your staff need serious customer service training! DISGUSTING
