Shocking Service at MBD

Disgusting, shocking service never come across such a bad company. After sending many emails eventually received settlement letter and paid IMMEDIATELY. They promised they would send a Closure Letter which I explained was urgent - called everyday and then received an email stating the amount needs to be paid after confirming with another lady that all had been paid and again promising a Closure letter STILL not received anything - no answer to my emails and no joy with phone calls. Beyond irritated as I have no idea now who will issue the Closure Letter. Been dealing with Lindi Mdlalose mainly but now I cannot get hold of her.
