Shocking service

Absolutely shocking service, I am still waiting for a supervisor to contact me since last week as well as a response from the person who sent me my final statement that I paid in full. I, requested a paid up letter which I have not received and my account was debited after I had paid in full and sent pop. I have been calling and cannot get through, I have sent mails and zero response.
