Shocking harresment

I have had a Virgin Active account for a number of years and once my initial contract expired, I was told I am on a month to month basis. So in December of 2016 I gave notice to the club in Table View that I wished to resign. I was told it was no problem and as my orignial contract had expired, i just needed to give the months notice, which I had.

Since the beginning of May I have been inundated and HARRESED by MBD attorneys on behalf of Virgin Active who claim i still have an outstanding amount as well as a cancellation fee due!

The call centre at MBD attorneys have been particularly rude and harrassing. Even while I was in hospital with kidney stones. UNBELIEVABLE

Best regards,
Actually NO, it has not been "resolved amicably". As far as I am aware I have once again had to state my case, this time via email, and it "will be forwarded to Virgin Active". That does NOT imply that it is resolved. And it certainly DOES NOT excuse the fact that I said EXACTLY the same thing to at least 3 different call centre operators at MBD over the past month and not one of them did ANYTHING to resolve the matter - in fact they said that unless i paid the amount they were claiming was outstanding they would keep calling me (in other words HARRESSING ME!!!)
I do not consider this matter to be resolved and the fact that you would like to post replies on this forum stating that it HAS been resolved is merely to give the impression that your customer service department DOES in fact work. Which it should!!
Furthermore, I had to resort to THIS forum before i got anyone to do ANYTHING !!!
So, NO, it has not as yet been "resolved amicably".... yet...
